First time customer and I was extremely impressed by the phenomenal and EXCELLENT customer service. Took my Mercedes-Benz E350 in for a diagnosis on my serpentine belt and they found the issue fast and quick. Told me what the problem was. How much it would cost for such a reasonable price. Communication was clear and consistent. The mechanics were honest and knowledgeable. I don’t think I’ll take my Mercedes-Benz anywhere else. These guys definitely have my business in the future. I'm shocked at the bias positive reviews for EuroAsian Auto. While they seem to know there way around a vehicle and do what they say, I've had two experiences that are cause for concern and feel others should be aware of to ensure they are getting what they pay for and only what is needed in their repair. First off the landing page for their site says "Do not pay more at a dealership" this directly relates to my most recent experience where it took 3 days to get a quote for an oil change on a BMW that was $50 more than Sharp BMW charges. Fortunately I didn't wait for their response and had it done at the other local import shop for cost similar to the dealer. The prior instance was following a oil change and inspection on our Toyota, where they recommended the transmission fluid be changed

They did a really great job with my LR4. The timing chains went out and required a significant repair. They may not be the most affordable option, but they did good work. And I would trust them over anyone else in the area. When we ran into a few hiccups after the repair they immediately took action and picked up the vehicle and returned it to me. My LR4 has helped create some really fond memories for myself with family and friends and I look forward to *hopefully* many more years with it. Thank you!

Called for rough estimate on timing chain / water pump job on 2015 Acura RDX. Guy on the phone said his boss will need to inspect the car before they can give an estimate (at cost of $175), takes my VIN and never got a call back. I got the impression they didn't want the work. Called Eurotech in Holland - no inspection needed, they took my VIN and actually called back, quoting an estimate of $1350

Took in BMW for a new battery, they changed out fresh spark plugs and new tires and tried to upcharge me $1500 without contacting me for consent. Extremely shady conduct. Update: Destroyed my tires on re-install, and did not put any air in them. I do not recommend anyone give this place your business.
