Took my 2019 pickup in for a transmission flush and had the rear differential fluid changed. Did a great job! Had it back early the next day. Angela (service advisor) is the best! Very knowledgeable when talking about any kind of repairs, (which I appreciate)! Definitely headed back for any future work that needs to be performed. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience I’ve ever had with a local repair shop. I grew up in the area and have owned everything from Isuzus to Audis, Volkswagens, BMWs, and plenty of domestics, and this visit really stood out. Was billed for not just what I needed, but also things I asked them not to do. My daily driver was stuck in the shop for 25 days, almost a month of them going back and forth, saying "it'll be ready tomorrow" while having my car at a Ford dealership, arguing with them about the price of their work, meanwhile I've almost lost my job from using all my vacation time and ride favors I had. They don't have loaner vehicles, and they make it sound like they can help with transportation at a discount, but they don't, just links to overpriced clone apps of Uber. Overall I'm never ever coming back to this location and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy

I've had multiple services done here, but I'm going to go elsewhere next time. Last visit I had a simple steering shaft replaced. It was quick and done correctly, but the markup on the component was extreme at nearly 2.5x retail. I expect to pay a markup on parts, but it's become quite high at this shop.

I had heard great things about Dykstra, so to my car there for an oil change and to diagnose and fix a strange sound. They completed, and fixed, everything quickly while I waited and at a great price. I went back a week later to replace my rear brakes. They gave me rides to add from meetings and work with a smile and completed the job by lunch time! Wonderful, fair, and friendly service. I won't go anywhere else!
