Eastown Auto Repair & Tire

I recently purchased tires here for for my Jeep. After calling around to few places, Eastown stuck out on many levels. I worked with Jim primarily and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. He made sure to explain his recommendation very well to a guy who has zero understanding of tires. They weren't the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. I researched the tire recommended and saw they are definitely quality products I requested them to look at my brakes while it was in and to replace if they felt they were getting close. Jim called during the appointment and asked if I was having issues or not with the brakes. I stated that I wasn't but figured they must be close. Great experience. Bought 4 new recommended fair priced tires. Set my appointment. Brought my car in, was told it would take an hour, which it did. Sat in the waiting area with complimentary coffee and my cell phone. About as easy as it gets. Definitely recommend going here for your automotive needs. Thanks a lot!!!
