I scheduled my truck to get fixed for doors not latching on a Monday Dec 29. I was charged 150 dollars for them to inspect just the driver side door and was told it was fine. The next morning the driver side and the passenger side doors wouldn't latch. I had to use bungee cords to keep my passenger side door shut while I drive. Called them and got Tracy... eventually and she said it was a known issue. Tracy said she would handle this issue herself and to bring it in on Friday jan 2 2026. When I arrived Pablo was the only person I talked with. Tracy never talked with me or came out for the entire 5 hrs I was sitting in the waiting room. Also still have not got the other safety recall for the brake cylinder done. Pablo said the last one they had was dropped on its head and was no good, this

I would normally put going to the dealership for service work in the same category as going in for a root canal..but I will say this was an overall positive experience. My wife's explorer needed some programming work to the AWD system to fix a TSB issue (a dealer only repair). I called on a Tuesday and spoke to the service advisor, Pablo, and scheduled my initial appointment for the following Monday. Later in the week I asked if we could move up the repair date up 3 days earlier to Friday and Pablo made it happen. Drop off was painless. They did a full inspection of the car and sent me pictures/videos of areas of concerns. I could approve what repairs I wanted done electronically with very low service advisor pressure. Overall final bill was palatable for the speed of service I neede

I went in to look at a couple of vehicles for my wife, I had Ducky as my salesman. Ducky went above and beyond to try to find the right vehicle for her. He had us drive several different models and we found the vehicle that she liked. We ended up not purchasing that vehicle from him, for reasons beyond his control. We would most definately encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to talk to him.

Tee was great. He wasn’t pushy for making a purchase and was enjoyable to talk to and made it a good overall experience. The car was very poorly detailed. Outside was done well but the inside looked like it got a quick 30 minute vaccum. Seat cracks weren’t vacuumed, even the dash didn’t get touched so having a better job done there would have made the experience much better. Was given a full tank of gas for the lack of cleanliness but that’s $70 vs $150 at the low end of a decent detail.
