Another insanely positive review for the Hudson, MA location! Jeffrey went above and beyond to help my husband with my car battery...to the extent of following my husband to my car, to reset the computer and ensure that it was working properly. We have had nothing but exceptional experiences at this location!

Javier was single-handedly the nicest and most professional manager that I have ever interacted with. He lent us countless tools with a warm smile and made certain that we had everything we needed during our automobile crisis. Javier even went as far as bringing us soda while we worked in the heat. I thank him from the bottom of my sole. GIVE THIS MAN A PROMOTION!! HE IS TALENT THAT YOU MUST RETAIN!!!!

AutoZone in Hudson is terrific! Associate Brian Nelson was tremendously helpful, polite and professional in helping change my car battery. He also assisted with my oil which was above and beyond. Highly recommend him and this shop. There was another gentleman in the shop who was also really nice but I did not get his name.

The majority of my front lights went out. Javier and Leroy were so kind and hospitable. Showing me what wasn’t working, what needed to be replaced and walked me through the process for a full understanding. They were able to replace the majority of the lights on an extremely cold blustery night. Never a complaint about the freezing weather conditions they were working in. Just a warm smile and kindness.
