Had an issue with our windshield wipers and the store was super busy… I think two employees. The only reason this review is a 5/5 and not a 1/5 is because Whalen went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even helped install the blades. Whalen is definitely an incredible employee.

I received exceptional service today at this shop and would gladly give them my business again. I unfortunately needed to get a battery replacement on a very cold and snowy day and, in spite of the conditions (and the extra pain it was to get an extra corroded battery out), had a very nice, patient employee who installed it for me. I would also note that the shop got a bunch of people coming in with cold-related issues this day and the employees all seemed to be handling the rush in those circumstances like pros. The shop altogether looked really clean, tidy, and well-organized. My dad highly recommended this place to me, as he had also had a great experience previously, and it's faster and cheaper than going to an actual auto shop to have a new battery put in.

My wife and I, both around 80 years old, needed a battery in a key fob for our grandson's Jeep. We were under a time crunch. Two AZ employees replaced the battery quickly. The gentlemen could not have been nicer. They also replaced another key fob battery while we were in the store. I'm a customer for life. Lloyd Hill

Gabe was so helpful. He was polite, patient and professional. It took a few times to find just the right hardware for my license plate cover and he didn’t give up. Two thumbs way up, Gabe!

Top notch! On the coldest day of the year, I took my daughter's car in to have the battery replaced. They said no problem. Waylon replaced the battery for me and even ran a system check. They were the only store open in the whole complex! Highly recommend.
