Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

I realized I had a flat tire today on the way to pick up my child from school and I took it directly to Tire Choice. They were so prompt and able to get me in immediately and I had two brand new tires on my car within and hour. Will absolutely be going back to Tire Choice in Kirkwood for my car upkeeps. 5 ⭐️ service!!

I had my moms car towed there as part of Nationwide Insurance's list of preferred vendors. It was dropped off at 10:00 am and I went by the facility at 10:30 to check to see how much it was going to cost for a new battery. The owner said he would call their supplier and call me right back. 4 hours later I called to see what the cost was. He said he didn't have a chance to call but the car would be looked at before the end of the day. Good by me. He then called me (2 minutes later) and said he would not be working on my car because he didn't like my attitude and they are very busy. I told him I never once raised my voice and simply asked him to provide a cost for service. He said he won't work on the car and I'll need to have it towed off his lot. It was quite an amazing encounter. M

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Tire Choice Auto Service has gone above and beyond for me more than once. They recently replaced my tires and even jumped in last minute to replace my dead battery. As a single mom, repairs can be stressful, but they worked with me on the price and made sure I left feeling safe and cared for. It also meant a lot with how kind they were to my autistic daughter. She was honking the horn and being silly, and instead of being annoyed or confused by her behavior (unfortunately a lot of public places react that way), the staff laughed with her, made conversation with me about her love of cars, and even recommended a local vintage car show to us. The quoted price for an oil change nearly doubled when I arrived at their location. They forget to mention all the additional charges that they intend to charge you once you arrive. Phone quote approximately $78, actual onsite $144. I totally understand my truck uses more oil than their advertised pricing. That is exactly why I called ahead. Staff seemed unfazed that I questioned the pricing. Probably a daily discussion for them.

I came in late on a Saturday with a hissing leaking tire. They patched the tire, I was in and out in half an hour. 2 very nice gentleman waited on me.
