Plaza Tire Service

I came into Plaza Tire to repair a tire leak and was met with excellent customer service, a quick repair, and a reasonably priced fix. Nathan was super helpful and kind in getting me checked in/out and getting a quote for new tires. He was also very honest about how much longer I could get on my current tires. Will definitely be coming back to Plaza Tire for my car needs!

Only place I trust. While I was changing my oil last night, I saw my cv axle boot had split real nice. They were able to get me in first thing this morning. They were able to get me an estimate and run a diagnostic on my truck very quickly. Replaced both front cv axles. Very quick service and very professional. Only place I take my Ram. I've had 4 new tires put on my truck as well as my GMC terrain. Can't recommend this location enough. Thank you again guys. Went in for an oil change. Upon inspection needed front brakes,a wheel sensor,windshield wipers. I okayed services. Waited for work to be done. I was kept well informed with photos and direct conversations as work was done. All in all service was good employees were on point.

Wanted to get new tires on the car before the upcoming winter storm. Plaza set me up right away with an appointment the next day. Got me in early and set me up with a set of highly rated, top performing A/S tyres known to be excellent in ice and snow. The entire package came at a terrific price. I had a slow leak in my rear left tire that got to the point where it would only hold air for about a day. I was in Cape Girardeau for a funeral and dropped my car off that morning at the 170 S Kingshighway location. I picked it up later that afternoon after the funeral and drove back home to St. Louis. The next morning, my low tire light came on again. When I checked the paperwork, I realized they had replaced the rear right tire — the wrong one. After discovering the mistake, I made several calls to Plaza Tire. The 915 S Kirkwood location told me they would take care of me. However, when I brought my car in the next morning, the employee (Doug) I dealt with initially refused to correct the mistake without charging me.
