This store is god awful. They never have anything I need and the customer service is god awful. I don't know who the black teenage kid is behind the counter, BUT SPEAK UP. I could barely hear him. All I needed was a rear wiper blade and he couldn't even tell me that. God forbid he takes 2 seconds to show me where something else was in the store I needed. Also $7.49 for a gallon of rainx? Complete rip off. The store in Browns Mills is 10 times better,

Bobby G is awesome! My car battery died unexpectedly and he not only helped me purchase a new one, he came out and installed it even though it was so windy and cold out. He also tested the rest of the system for me, made sure that it wasn't just a battery issue. He was so kind throughout the whole process and you could tell he knew his stuff! about 2 weeks ago I had to stop in and get new batteries for my dodge 2500. wasn't sure if I needed new ones (I need 2 for this truck) and Bobby G immediately grabbed his fancy machine n came to the parking lot my truck was in, (it was just down the road) and he took my batteries out n took them back to charge them. ended up needing 2 new ones but Bobby is the man! never met anyone as sweet as him and willing to go the extra mile, literally the extra mile to get my vehicle back on road. Bobby G, thank you. you are da man!!!

Bobby G is the perfect example of excellent customer service. My partners battery died in her car. We came to autozone to get a new battery. Not only did Bobby G install the new battery, he also tested the cars starter and alternator to ensure everything was running properly. Because of this great experience I will be making a point to frequent Auto zones instead of the other auto retailers.
