Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Wow! New location. Great customer service! I have been a member for years but due to economic reasons I was not able to use their services until yesterday. I called ahead because I had some concerns regarding my rental but all concerns went away when I made a phone call. Customer service was great over the phone and once I got there , the transaction went very smoothly thanks to the young lady behind the counter. The car was beautiful and my first hybrid car, This is one of the reasons I love renting from Enterprise, The quality of their cars is the best!T his makes it a great value for your money. Thanks Enterprise!!

I was looking for a mid-size car, and within an hour they found the perfect one. The car was clean and in excellent condition, and the team was friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Local office called to see if I wanted to pick up car earlier at no extra cost. I love when they give this option, it gives me extra time to pack the car before our trip. Agents are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Return to IND airport was also quick and easy. Always A+++++++ customer service from Enterprise! The minivan we rented was also clean and brand new.

I've been an Enterprise Plus customer for over 15 years now. This location is amazing!! everybody working there are super helpful courteous and lovely to work with Cameron Rod and Joe (the tall Fair guy, if I have the right name) I'd love to rent from them anytime and all the time appreciate it

I rented a vehicle from here while my car was in the shop getting repaired. I was told a set price on what I would have to pay. When my car was ready for pickup I returned the rental with a set cost in mind for what I would have to pay. A few days later they charge my card for more than double what I was told I would have to pay. When I reached out to Enterprise I was then told about all these other taxes and state fees that more than doubled my bill. The manager told me that he would credit me back the money due to his employee not properly explaining the fees I would of had to pay and they would only charge me the price that was agreed on. Told me I would just have to wait the 7 to 10 days for it to show on my credit card. It has now been three weeks with no credit or response to my inqu
