I had an excellent experience at this Meineke location thanks to Joe. He was incredibly helpful, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work, and genuinely looked out for my best interest. I honestly, have been procrastinating, changing my brakes because I was afraid that have to get tangled with unnecessary other services. But I was really comfortable with Joe. It’s rare to find someone in auto service who makes you feel this comfortable and respected as a customer. Joe went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly and efficiently. If you’re coming here, ask for Joe — he’s the reason I’ll be coming back and recommending this place to others.

I went on Tuesday for a catalytic converter. It was installed. On Wednesday I noticed the check engine light was on. I called the shop spoke with the mechanic. He said to come in on Thursday. I went into the shop on Thursday the ran to code P420 bad catalytic converter. He the mechanic said they will order another one call me on Friday. I called the shop and was told they would call me back. It is Friday 2/13/26. About 11 AM and on Tuesday I was there about 5 hrs waiting. No call back and car is leaking emissions. Waiting and need fixed. Cost me $3,131 and still not fixed.

Long story short- Had a motor replaced by a “mechanic” and they destroyed my clutch. I was in a jam after another “mechanic” that I made an appointment with for repair declined the job an hour after I showed up. The boys at Meineke took my car right in and had it done and in perfect condition in about 24 hrs. Turns out the first “mechanic” installed my clutch in backwards but they not only fixed it, but let me know what happened and charged a very reasonable rate for repair. I provided my own parts from the dealer and they had no issue using them. Thank you guys again! You’ve given me my freedom back. Will be bringing all of my cars to you in the future.

These guys are the real deal. Same day after market muffler install. Professional and reasonable. $350 for install and parts don’t within the hour. Can’t complain. Truck sounds phenomenal now. Will come here again.

I disconnected my cross-pipe during the snowstorm and the guys here got me back up and running right asap!! They showed me exactly what happened and fixed the issue for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend them!!
