Mark Allen’s Auto Shop in Lumberton is hands-down one of the best auto repair experiences I’ve had. They worked on my 2015 Honda Civic and the service was extremely quick, honest, and fairly priced—no upselling, no games, just straight answers and quality work. It’s refreshing to find a shop you can actually trust. Everything was explained clearly, the turnaround was fast, and the pricing was more than fair. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Mark Allen’s Auto Shop to anyone looking for reliable, honest auto service.

Very happy with the service I received they are very efficient and explained everything they had to do before doing the work. They are very respectful and caring. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else Mark will be my forever mechanic now. I am telling all my fiends and family for future repairs. Great people!

Called for a tow on a Saturday and was connected with their driver, Bruce, who was absolutely wonderful. Bruce called me shortly after I got off the phone with the front office to let me know about how far away he was and to make sure I was parked, in his words, "a safe place" and to reassure me that he was on his way. Once Bruce got there he greeted me warmly and reassured me again that things would be taken care of. He assessed my car, made sure I had a ride and was super communicative and friendly and really made me feel a lot better on a day that was pretty crappy for me. I'll never call anywhere else.

I brought my truck in for an oil change. The shop called to let me know my rear brakes were in need of changing. I already had parts that I purchased from Rock Auto and asked if they would install. They agreed. I had supplied a pair of Advics brake discs and Akebono pads. The brake discs ended up rubbing on the backplate and though the mechanic tried to grind down the rotor, they couldn’t be used. They agreed to order new discs and install the following day. I am happy with the work performed and was charged a fair price. I intend to use this shop again for future needs.
