I've been trying to find a decent place locally to take my vehicle for awhile. Somewhere honest, fair and who doesn't try and overcharge and take advantage, especially being a female. Well, I can honestly say, Midas in Lumberton is it. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I've been here several times now and each time the service is prompt, the guys know what they're doing and I know I'm in good hands. They don't come at me with a big long list of "other things" that my car needs to try and upsell pointless and unnecessary parts and/or service. I truly appreciate their honesty and dedication. Their prices are fair and the work is great. Thank you guys for being one of the few out there! I'd definitely recommend this shop to others as I myself will only bring my vehicles to them. Thank

I’ve been coming to this Midas location for a while now and they’ve always been consistent, honest, and reliable. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. They never try to push unnecessary work and always make sure my car is taken care of properly. Service is efficient, pricing is fair, and I always leave feeling confident about my vehicle. Definitely a shop I trust and highly recommend.

Very professional friendly staff. Having my vehicle serviced where I can trust their thorough inspections, which by the way come to your phone while they are performing it via text with photos. They aren’t pushy they just make necessary recommendations. Most importantly I had an appointment and they performed my service in a timely manner being mindful of my time. I would recommend anyone to bring their vehicle here for service and maintenance, tires and much more. And they offer zero % financing. I will continue to come here for my service needs.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received! From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. The service was extremely fast . I was honestly surprised at how quickly they completed my oil change without sacrificing quality.

The staff is always friendly. However, the main complaint today was time management. We had an 8am oil change appointment. They did not bring the car inside until a few minutes before 10. We left about 10:30. Basically 30 minutes job was 2-1/2 hours. It seemed rediculous to have appointment times if they are not going to follow them.
