I went to AutoZone in Milford today because I had a blown headlight. Matteo helped me. I explained to him that I did NOT want a piercingly bright, blinding LED replacement and he completely understood and directed me to the proper bulbs. He then installed both of my bulbs for me!! He was GREAT! Very professional, courteous, and polite. People can be quick to complain when things go wrong, but I’m always happy to give a good review when someone deserves kudos - and Matteo does! Well done!
I came on Saturday 02/07 at 930am and they’re locked up, completely closed. Unusual for Saturday hours.
Great experience! Needed a car battery warranty swap and they handled it perfectly! They removed the old battery and then installed the new battery! Great job!
Had a very great experience Anna help me get the correct key fob battery and Alex help me by testing my car battery and giving sound advice.
Coming from far away Georgia with a dead Duralast Platinum battery from AutoZone for my car I held my breath……then I met Ana who personifies customer service at its best. She went online, confirmed my original purchase in warranty and lugged out a new one despite it outweighing her. I then explained some scratches on my car and she guided me to the aisle for a solution AND told me how to use the product. Visiting CT often I’ll be stopping at this Milford store first all my auto needs thanks to her 👍
