Top notch shop, top notch service! Diego the owner of Ramos Automotive great guy. Long story short, I needed a new ball joint for my Mazda CX5. I could have been charged for new control arms, but Diego was able to save me money by being honest and recommending I press in new ball joints instead. The car had some other issues going on, specifically bad shocks, and a CV Axle that was toast. I had Diego take care of everything since he was already working on the car, and wow fast fast great service! He had multiple repairs done within basically a full day. Great Mechanic great work one of the most honest ive seen in a while and i dealt with a lot of bad mechanics, im not cheap , all i ask for is good work and diagnostics to fix any issues im having on my vehicles recommended a few people akready and theyve been all happy customers. Diego the owner will show you the parts he needs to change and an explanation why, then do your research on youre own and you will see the honesty and dedication to you as a client.. doesn’t give you the run around and also will help guide you in what should be tge first and more important task if you need a lot of work done. couldn’t be a more satisfied customer. this is my shop to stay.

I write this review as a novice in car ( mechanics ) but life happens and we learn along the way new dynamics . I prayed and asked God to lead me to a good mechanic who can fix my car and support me along the way on this journey of car maintenance, God led me to choose Ramos autos among others that popped up during my search online . I called and Ramos was so welcoming, he answered all my questions and addressed my concerns . I knew God was at work. I dropped the car and they offered me a ride back home. They also made every effort to support me in the best possible way by offering me a loaner until my car was ready. I am truly grateful for their services.
