I took our 2016 Hyundai Tucson to Gary from Bruneau's in Milford after feeling totally let down by Balise Hyundai of Fairfield. The Tucson was making a ratchet sound when turning on full lock. The dealership wanted me to replace the steering rack which with labor was quoted at circa $2,700. Gary and his team reviewed the vehicle and where able to diagnose the issue. I was kept informed on progress and called to authorize the 2hrs of labor required to fix the issue. The cost was a fraction of what Balise Hyundai wanted to charge me. I had never used Bruneau's before and even joked with Gary beforehand say that I hoped his reputation did in fact preceded him. I will gladly recommend and will definitely be using Gary and the team again for any future problems. I especially appreciated him fit

Chuck has taken care of my vehicles for years. He’s honest, helpful, and willing to work with my budget. He isn’t trying to sell me stuff I don’t need and understands what it’s like to be a regular guy needing repair work and not having an arm and leg to spare to keep my car on the road. Very knowledgeable, old school mechanic.

Took my 05 Sienna there last week after a flashing Check Engine Light. Bruneau's team got me diagnosed and fixed within a few hours. Gary kept me in the loop and provided updates. They know cars and know what they are doing.
