We had a flat tire while driving thru from out of town and they fit us into the service schedule on a busy Saturday and had us back on the road way faster than expected. Both the lady at the register and the service counter (forgot to get their names) were so helpful and friendly. They legit saved our trip. We are so thankful to them

Of course, going to Mazda is like seeing old friends everybody always has a smile on their face. It is truly amazing. When you walk into the front of the service department, everyone at the desk is always so friendly and helpful. I brought my car in for service today and of course Anthony did an amazing job on it. Last time Anthony was not there and Gus worked on my car and he also did an great job.. my car always looks better when I pick it up they always clean it up and make it look so nice. I am so happy that I finally got a Mazda. It is the perfect car for me. I think everybody should go to Mazda in Milford. Service was very thorough, timely and perfect. I had heard noise when driving and technician found a faulty bearing. It is scheduled for repair and I am relieved . They also helped me pick out the correct tires and informed me of Sale! The staff is always so welcoming, polite and helpful. I have been a customer for 10 years and decided to stay with Mazda because the Service crew in Milford is excellent.

I went to Mazda of Milford for a recall on my Mazda. I wasn’t sure what to expect however I was greeted upon my arrival. Although I was waiting to be seen everyone there reassured me that someone would be available to me shortly. I was seen by Liz who was very professional, smiling and enjoyable to work with. She gave me a break down of what I should expect and everything went exactly how she explained it. I found that very comforting. Services were fast I brought my car in about 8:30-9:00 and my car was ready for pick up by 1:00. I recommend Mazda of Milford to everyone, everything was exceptional. I was more than pleased, I left there feeling that my vehicle was in the best hands. Thank you Mazda of Milford.
