Nexus Autoglass performed a great experience during my full windshield replacement. Santos provided excellent customer service during my quote process via phone. Santos proposed competitive pricing for his service and scheduled his services when it’s convenient for me. Santos sent his employee Chris to change my windshield and he is highly knowledgeable.The conversation I had with Chris regarding windshields and the attention to detail during his installs were professional and educational. Chris also noted my windshield was previously replaced before and showed me the flaws. Chris made sure during the install, all adhesive was equally lined up and made sure he took his time with care to place my new windshield without even touching my car. My car was broken into randomly a few weeks back. Santos did a great job at getting me in as fast as possible to fix my window & was very patient while I was still trying to explore other options. Not only was he very nice he also had very quick service. He fixed my window for a very good price as well!
