I gave this place of four, based off my experience today, and based off a prior experience. My prior Experience was great. I thought I needed my battery recharged. My car wouldn’t crank at my home, I got someone to boost me and came immediately to the store. The store manager took a look and realize that my positive terminal was loose. I didn’t need a new battery or for it to be charged. He checked my percentage of the battery and it was 100% good. My second experience was terrible! There was a young African-American man with short locs at the counter. I asked him if he could test my sensors in the system to see why my tire sensor is on. He asked me if I knew how to use it, I told him no, but if he told me, I could probably do it myself. Immediately I saw the look on his face and body lang

Brittany was truly amazing!! I came in the other day for help with my battery and she went above and beyond to make sure we got what we came for !! Enjoyed the entire interaction!! Yall have an amazing worker on your hands! Thank you so much for the service

Very Slow Service and Broken Self Checkout I had a really frustrating experience at AutoZone today. The customer service was extremely slow — I waited in line for over 15 minutes while only one employee helped a long line of customers. What made it worse is that the self-checkout machine wasn’t working, which could have saved everyone a lot of time. Several people, including me, tried to use it, but the screen isn’t working. It felt like the staff wasn’t prepared for the rush, and there didn’t seem to be much urgency to help customers quickly. I usually come here because it’s convenient, but after this visit, I’m not sure I will anymore. AutoZone really needs to improve their customer service speed and make sure their equipment actually works.

Just had an interaction with Deshaune, the "manager". I was trying to get my battery changed. Unfortunately, I was unable to. I asked what's the best time to come, if I was looking to get the battery replaced... His reply was"when there's more people here". No need to further the conversation, he was obviously annoyed by the day, and since he's the highest ranking person in the building... I left and came over to Sam's, where my car will be ready in an hour, giving me ample time to write this review. I work in customer service, staffing issues are not an excuse anymore(no one has adequate staffing)... figure it out! The customers should never have to feel the chaos that's going on behind the scenes.

Mrs Payne and Mrs Lacole was so helpful during my visit to Auto Zone, if you ever need help or some type of understanding they got you! Very patient and communicates well with an amazing attitude!
