I went in to AutoZone because my windshield wipers went out. Carlos, help me with everything. He is what you call a true hero, He is all about helping the community. Thank you so much Carlos for everything you are exactly what this world needs. He made me feel like I was apart of his family. I can't brag about this AutoZone enough thank you for everything!!!

Conner M helped me and my coworker, her battery died and he went through the trouble to bring a tester and go back AND get us a new battery and even installed it for us 10 min away from the store. This is a prime example of wonderful customer service, we need more people like him Id be happy if this man was blessed with a raise!! And Tom (older gentleman) also offered to lend us tools. Truly a wonderful store thank you guys 🗣️💯.

This place sucks. I went on a Tuesday or Wednesday that wasn’t supposed to get busy or lines. It was around 7PM. The employee (lady) she was being super slow and the line of 3 customers was taking way too long like 20 mn at least and I can’t make this up; the gentleman in front of me only purchased an item. I needed to make a return that’s why I stood in line. After my turn check out, she was like waiting on the other guy to come from outside free checking service type in his PW or whatever to get approved. The whole process of return just one items took over 25 mn. This place suck. Don’t even go there like period.

Buick Cascada owner with a dead battery under warranty. Very pleasent and courteous phone call led to a replacement performed by the staff while I waited. Less than 45 minutes total time at the store. Very nice people who did the store proud.

Amazing staff that are always attentive to customer needs. The staff go above and beyond to help anyone that comes into the store. Every time I come to this store, it’s been nothing but helpful and respectful customer service. Staff are super knowledgeable, all your questions are answered.
