Wheel bearing was few months old and snapped in half leaving thousands of damage to my truck. Seems as if everyone is more worried about why I’m fixing a 23 year old truck and if my RWD pickup trucks axle nut was torqued than solving the problem tons of damage to my fender and door everything needs to be painted paint job is over 20 thousand dollars. Repairs to the door and fender is 2300$ they gave me all the mechanical parts that were broken but are playing the corporate run around with me now. I genuinely don’t blame the employees as they have been good to me but the corporate sucks

Good store, good selection... but.. every single time I go in there it smells like cigarettes, I even saw a worker (a lady worker if anyone is wondering) right out the door (with the door open!) smoking, seriously? Customers dont want to walk into a place and smell cigarettes. You can also tell alll the workers smoke. Someone needs to do something because you've lost my business because of this.

I have been visiting the stratham auto zone for years, Abby the store manager over at there is phenomenal! She knows her stuff and is always searching to help someone find what the need!

Ordered & pre-paid for the needed part...my job was to go & pick it up. No lines, no waiting in & out within 5 minuted

they're online matching system did not correctly identify the part I needed for my vehicle. to be accurate this is the second place to do this, what even so it's a waste of my time probably due to an outsourcing of their data input.
