BMW of Stratham Service Center

I had a great experience working with the service center during my BMW repair. They were professional, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The service manager Adam kept me updated, and made sure everything was done right. The repair looks excellent, and I truly felt taken care of as a customer. Thank you for making what could’ve been a stressful situation smooth and easy. Highly recommend this service center!

Service department is not trustworthy. Will never go there again. Do not recommend. Highly discourage anyone from using B<W Stratham for service. To clarify, on MORE THAN ONE occasion, the service manager quoted me on the same work issues at different estimates--once even DOUBLE what they estimated just a few months prior, claiming that "the system" made an error, but I would hope someone with decades of experience knows offhand what the ballpark cost of certain very common maintenance/ repair issues are. The lying through the teeth is worthy of an Oscar award--always so polite and perplexed at how the "system" could have possibly made an error. Shameful and despicable. After a week in Maine we headed home only to have all the lights on our dashboard go out, then later reappear …. What a horrible feeling to have car trouble so far from home! We called around to BMW dealers en route and the service manager, Adam advised us to stop in to be checked. Loucas, the mechanic found 4” of water in a rear panel that was causing the problem. Thank God for someone who not only had enough concern about us heading home w our car in the state that it was but who thought outside of the box and did what could be done to allow us to continue home safely. He also saw that our rear tires were not safe for the trip and took care of that. Although it was a v stressful experience these 2 gentlemen made it as smooth as possible and their concern, expertise and compassion

Great, oem service. They have never tried to upsell me. They treat my 10 year old 328 just like they would a 2023.
