I was mildly impressed with this shop because they’ve always been honest with me and completed the job with affordable costs, this was my go to shop for the past year. I sent my sister into the shop to get work done on her car and it wasn’t until recently when I found out that they told her that “her brother was nice, but had a few screws loose”. She was not impressed to say the least, and will not be going back. I understand garage talk, but I think it’s highly inappropriate to be saying this to a family member that was referred by said sibling. This was my go to shop, but now it’s under consideration, as that sort of character makes me question how great the customer service truly was behind the scenes. They still had very reasonable pricing and open availability.

This experience was top notch. I called Monro on a Friday morning in search of a very specific and popular All Weather tire for my wife's Volvo XC90. Initially, the manager could not find them through normal distribution channels, however he went above and beyond to locate them at an alternative vendor about 2 hours away. They picked them up and drove them to the Stratham store for me, and I was on site early Saturday morning for installation, well ahead of the forthcoming snowstorm. The best part: The out the door price was better was extremely competitive! I will be back to Monro Stratham again for any tire needs.

Fantastic experience on every front! They were super courteous from start to finish, patched my tire efficiently but thoroughly, and most importantly, didn’t try to find a million things “wrong” with my vehicle just to charge more. 10/10 would recommend!

The team at Monro Auto Service in Exeter went above and beyond to help me and to fix my van the same day. They worked hard to remove rusted and fused bolts and rotors parts. My brakes feel so solid and safe and I feel like I can stop on a dime. They did an amazing job on my alignment too. My van drives straight as an arrow. I came in to do an alignment and my brakes froze when they were backing it out of the bay. I started to cry when I realized the amount of work that needed to be done on my van. The Manager, Paul, who has a heart of GOLD, made me some coffee and worked with me to prioritize what needed to fixed and made it as affordable as possible. I can't thank Paul and the team that worked on my van enough. I am life long customer that is for sure. Thank you everyone at Monro in Exete

I needed and oil change and windshield wiper replacement last Friday and they were able to get me in before the anticipated heavy rain arrived. They were super helpful and nice to talk to. Got the job immediately! I’d go back there anytime!
