Staff was professional and polite. They honored a warranty issue and offered a loaner vehicle as a result, which was nice. Communication could be better. They send you a link to monitor where your car is in the service process, but twice it was never updated at all. It's probably better that they do not send you the link if they are short staffed. I have not purchased a car here, so I can't comment on the sales experience yet. But overall, I have been pleased with my service and will continue to get my Nissan serviced here when needed.
They treat customers right...get your car at AutoFair Nissan sure u won't regret it.
