I LOVE THIS LOCATION, THEY KEEP THINGS NICE AND NEAT ALSO IN STOCK, THEY TREAT EVERYONE WITH RESPECT AND URGENTLY. THEY GREET ME EVERYTIME I WALK IN AND OUT THE LOCATION THE TEAM WORKS SO HARD MAKING THE CUSTOMER HAPPY FROM PART PICK UP TO CHECKOUT. THEY WILL INSTALL WIPERS IN THE RAIN AND BATTERIES DURING LATE NIGHT. THAT SHOWS CUSTOMER APPRECIATION AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

The person that work her took the pin pad and signed my signature for a refund I did not approve of. I asked them to refund everything in one transaction. Furthermore, I returned wipers that I was assured would fit my vehicle, I asked twice, they did not fit. I told the staff twice that pieces were missing from the wipers, I was ignored. Don’t come here!!!!!

Exceptional service! Huge shout-out to Ray from the towson location he went above and beyond and even came outside in the snow to help me with my windshield wipers. His kindness and willingness to help made my day. Thank you, Ray, for the amazing customer service!

Tried to return a temperature switch that was unused and in the box in the alotted time frame and without a receipt and I was denied even though I had the return code on my phone from my account.....Per their instructions on the back of all of their paper receipts I didn't even need that....All young people are not lazy however this young man was and has no business working the front counter......Transaction Took place 3:27 pm at the Taylor Avenue location

This place is amazing!! Upon walking in I was greeted by everyone in unison. I’ve been in this store multiple times so I know this is how their store operates. The new manager there Ray and his entire crew did such an amazing job tending to not only me but all of the customers. When I asked about the customer service he replied that he wants to be the chick fil a of Autozone! Please shout this manager out for his amazing dedication to customer service and the culture he created in that store!
