Hollenshade's Auto Services

I had a great experience at Hollenshade's Auto Services.. They changed my tires and replaced my brakes, and everything was done quickly and professionally. The staff explained what was needed, answered my questions, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. My car feels safe and smooth again. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

...and I thought customer service was dead. My best friend told me about this place, as I need someone to caretake two of my cars. And that's exactly what they did, for both of them, in about 6 hours total. Reasonable prices, friendly subject matter experts, this is where you bring your car/truck when you want them to live a long time. Rock on, Hollenshade's!!!

Hollenshade's has a new customer! The Subaru dealership had recommended $1,500 of suspension work on my Outback. Eric called me and told me none of it needed to be done after a thorough inspection. I really appreciate the honesty. I look forward to taking my car to Hollenshade's for service in the future!

Hollenshade’s has been my go to mechanic since I moved to the area and has not let me down. Recently I went because I thought my brakes were going bad and there was a clicking noise I kept hearing from which I thought was coming from the tire but they quickly discovered my brakes had plenty of life in them and just did some tune up stuff to them and then found out that my wheel bearings needed to be replaced and that was the clicking noise I was hearing. They took the time to explain why they needed to be replaced on how often they usually needed to be replaced depending on what type of car you had. I can always appreciate that the mechanics here are very knowledgeable and friendly and will not try to replace things that don’t need it to make more money off you. Thank you for all your hard

Once again, as they have done for my family for decades, Eric and the team at Hollenshades performed a mechanical miracle, this time finding a critical part necessary to keep my beloved pickup on the road even though the part, according to all other sources, is "no longer manufactured or available anywhere.". (This was the second vehicle of mine for which Hollenshades performed this particular miracle!). Hollenshades is truly in a class by itself. Thanks, Eric and team!
