Rather than rush us, she allowed us to ask questions, really READ documents, and understand some things. We didn’t feel pressured, although she wanted the sale and knew we were shopping around, she honestly gave us an easy sales experience. We were unexpectedly thrown into having to purchase a new car so it was comforting to have a salesperson with patience!!!! Working with Heritage Mazda Towson, and in particular, Mike Lanci, was a truly enjoyable experience. I got in touch with them about a few pre-owned vehicles I was interested in, some got purchased, but we stayed in touch and I went in once they got some more CX-5s and 50s I liked in stock. Turns out they were at a different Heritage location, and Michael spent a total of 3+ hours with me driving there, being really patient and explaining the features during several test drives. So I spent about a few days shopping vehicles to no end when my sister told me I should visit Heritage Mazda in Towson. Her and my nephew both purchased vehicles from them and were extremely happy. I decided to view their inventory and found very nice affordable vehicles. I decided to stop in and Talk with Galen Hilton. He was absolutely OUTSTANDING! Buy your car from Rudy! He is the absolute best and works so hard to make sure you get everything you want. He made the experience low pressure but so much fun. On the phone before my visit, I spoke with Tyler Leahy, who was kind, welcoming, and understanding of my needs. At the dealership Tyler Leahy did an absolutely flawless job in making sure the sales process went smoothly, getting the paperwork and car ready swiftly while also keeping us in the loop through the process. He was kind, thoughtful, and great to be around while we went through stressful process of buying a car. He came by many times to make sure we were okay and that things were moving smoothly. A very knowledgeable and friendly management team too did a good job who we could tell treats his customers and employees with the highest regard.
