In the beginning I was very apprehensive since this was my first time dealing with an outside automotive shop other then the dealership.We all have heard horror stories. The experience with Mickey’s Car-Er was phenomenal!! The staff were very friendly knowledgeable and professional. I now have a “guy” for my automotive care from here on out. I will be referring my family friends and as well as by word of mouth. The honesty and integrity was very impressive. My experience with Lee, Chuck, and Mickey made feel comfortable enough to ask whatever questions I had. They took the time to break the information down in a way that I could understand.

Mickey's Car E.R. is the ABSOLUTE BEST‼️I used to only go to my car's dealership, but they gave up on my vehicle about 3 years ago, so I started going to Mickey based on all his 5-star Google reviews. Mickey's team is top-notch, and Mickey always reminds me it's not just him but his entire team when I tell him how pleased I am with Mickey's Car ER. Lee is a gem 💎, so reliable & professional. Mickey is the most honest mechanic that I have ever met; he won't even let me leave a tip & I have asked many times. Most importantly, he's just a good, honest person. He's no-nonsense, yet super funny, extremely smart about vehicles, and takes pride in his customers' satisfaction. For 3 years, Mickey has always went above & beyond to help me with my vehicle. No BS state inspection. Nothing but great things to say about this place. Get your car inspected here! Edit: If I could leave more 5 star reviews without risking these guy’s integrity on google I would. They really are stand up guys and I will be using them as my main guys from now on.

This place is super convenient for anyone that lives in Towson and they are extremely receptive and will get your car inspected repaired or whatever as a long time resident of Baltimore. I would take my car plural there often if I have to.

It’s rare to find truly honest people in the auto repair world. I’ve been in this industry for over 20 years, so I’ve seen it all. Mickey is a gem — straightforward, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about doing right by his customers. Did I mention honest? I honestly thought I’d never use that word again to describe someone in this business.
