Orchard Automotive is fantastic! This was my first time using them for my Subaru Forester after a disappointing experience at the dealership, and I couldn't be happier. They provided excellent service, performing a thorough inspection and giving me a heads-up on what to expect for my next visit. Their communication is great, prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly.

Have been using Mark as my mechanic since I moved to Maryland 2ish years ago. If you are looking for a new mechanic or wanting a second opinion on a car I cannot recommend this shop enough. Mark and his team do excellent work on cars, will always be reasonable on price, will help you out if needed, and always provide excellent service & advice for your vehicle. There is no BS here - just straight up honest, hard working people who are extremely knowledgeable with cars. I am so happy that I was referred to here to use as my mechanic.

The best mechanic I've ever been to. Mark is very very knowledgeable, responsive and reasonable with prices. They identified and fixed a persistent problem with our Odyssey that none of the seven or eight other mechanics we'd taken it to had been able to properly diagnose.
