I was having a very bad day and my battery died in McMurray today, managed to get jumped and back to Washington and my mechanic directed me to get a new battery, i first tried the O'Reilly's and was told they could not do it due to the computer system? Complete nonsense, they just didn't want to help me. I made my way up Jefferson and to the AutoZone! I could not be happier that i did! Elmer the manager helped me, he took a look at my battery and said absolutely i can handle this for you. He was so sweet and kind to me and it really changed my whole day. He got me in and out in no time and you can tell he really takes pride in his job! I will 100% be back to see him again for whatever me or my husband needs! He is so much more than just a great asset to your store!! Thank you so much Elmer

80% hit or miss depending on who’s helping if there’s enough staff. That said most times I’m in a bad spot they are always the first ones open and the last to stay open at night. You can always get a part or supplies 99%. Been coming for since 2019 and only twice did they not have a part. For the best experience do your research before buying. They may not have the BEST prices but as mentioned earlier they usually have it all and are open most days all day. Most of the staff is knowledgeable and can provide educated advice on minor or common repairs.

We had issues with our battery and just made it to Autozone. We went in and spoke with Ronnie and he was excellent! He knew exactly the battery we needed, came out and installed it and we were back on the road in 20 minutes. Ronnie was super helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Hard to find these days. Would definitely recommend this store and Ronnie.
