THANK HEAVENS FOR AUTOZONE!!! We were traveling through and our car wasn’t acting normal, so we begrudgingly stopped in at Auto Zone. WOW!!! Sydney and Kegan we SUCH A GREAT TEAM! They helped us diagnose our issue, they made us laugh and relax and even gave us the name of a GREAT mechanic. I WISH Other parts stores were like this. Thanks yall!! If we need you, I hope we see you, but in a weird way, hopefully we won’t. Much love!!!!

In a time where retail can seem so impersonal and transactional, the folks at Autozone in Waynesville are a breathe of fresh air! On a Sunday afternoon while traveling from out of town, our alternator went out and the lady at the store - didn't get her name but she would have been working Sunday 7/20 around 2:00 - was so patient and kind to my wife who had to get an Uber and get the part while I rode with the tow truck driver to the repair shop. Not only did they have the part, but she was so helpful in getting it to my wife. We were able to get it installed by a repair shop that afternoon and got back on the road and home safely. Thank you!

HUGE shout out to Stephanie! She went above and beyond to help me. I didn't actually come in there for my battery but to get some stuff to change spark plugs. When I mentioned that my less than a year old battery was corroding, she offered to clean it. She did an excellent job and I highly recommend Autozone over competitors in the area. She also noticed that the other place did not secure my battery in place. She got it secured as well. My interactions at this location have always been good and I so appreciate the help!

Great experience. I bought a car battery in December of last year in a different city, and the battery stopped working this morning. I knew I had bought one with a multiple year warranty, but I didn’t have any paperwork. At this location, David at the front desk knew actually what to do. He looking up my phone number in the system, pulled a new one from the shelf, printed me a receipt, and I was out the door with my new battery within 10 mins of being there. Thanks, David!!
