They helped trouble shoot issues with our Sprinter Van,ended up being a fuse. The guy at the counter, (can't remember his name) was so kind and helpful and very knowledgeable. They treated every customer that we saw come and go with great respect and kindness. So thankful they were able to squeeze us in so we could continue on our travels,even though they had a full day. Would definitely recommend them!!

Chris & Josh are the best. Both are knowledgeable, trustworthy, efficient and just down right good people. They handled replacing all 4 tires on my truck, with awesome Falken A/T4's, performed a vehicle inspection & had me out the door in less than an hour. They are my go-to place for anything automotive.

These guys always give me great service at the Waynesville location. I've had inspection,oil changed,and just recently had tires put on. I was able to order tires myself and bring them down. They normally dont allow that but since they were a little slower. Had to go back because one of the tires was losing air. Got me in and out quickly and fixed the problem.

These guys are the best! Chris is aways cheerful and helpful. We have been using them since we moved here 4 years ago. Trust them so much we towed our sons car to them from the coast because we dont trust anyone down there. Reasonable and knowledgeable! Ive seen him jugle multiple customers and issues within minutes. Amazing !

Chris is great. He gets my car in and out quickly. He’s very polite and keeps me updated on my car. They do good work. Josh helped me with transportation to get my car. I like James from WNC towing also.
