We were on a trip to Maggie Valley when our starter gave out. We had to leave in 48 hours. John diagnosed the problem and handled the repairs quickly, professionally, and kindly. John was incredibly helpful with our car issue. We went to several local mechanics and even some out of town, and all told us that our issue was going to need to be taken to the dealership, which would've costed us $220+. John had us out in under 20 minutes, problem solved, for $85. Would highly recommend.

John is great! We were traveling from SC to Tennessee and a piece of the interstate was buckled. We hit head on and without noticing our shock snapped in half. After driving about 30 more minutes we pulled off to go to a rest stop and knew something was wrong. Johns shop was the first to be able to help us same day and after about an hour, he had our shock and strut replaced and had us back on the road. Insane customer service and just all around seems like a great guy. Thanks John!

This Hogan Repair Team is amazing. I was in Maggie Valley for vacation last October and was having some issues with my car and wanted to make sure it was running well enough to drive home. I called and they asked me to bring it in straight away. They did an extremely thorough job of checking the car and only charged me a nominal fee. Honest, affordable, and they aren't going to charge you for something you don't need. Great people!
