So glad these guys were open on Saturday, unlike most others. Just 20 minutes into our return drive home to Atlanta with my daughters, we hit something on I-40 just outside of Waynesville. Our tire went flat quickly and we had to pull off on the shoulder. After getting the spare on, the search began for options to safely get us home over 200 miles away, which was too far for the donut. Reece was my first call after seeing they were open and quickly reading their most recent reviews. They picked up the phone quickly and I told them my situation and asked if they could plug a tire, if doable. 20 minutes later, I met their newest employee Jerry at the shop, who quickly took care of the patch and we were on our way 15 minutes later. Came to North Carolina to help hurricane Helene victims over the weekend with a friend. On my way back home to North East Alabama we had a blow out on our trailer. We called various places, I stayed by trailer on busy highway while he went out looking for tires. No one around here had size 14 tires that would fit his trailer. We called many road side assistance places for help but a lot were closed or too busy. I was told by a fire department over the phone to call local diesel mechanics in the area. This guy answered his phone as soon as it rang while others ignored me. He made sure where we were, he listened to my concerns, and helped my friend and me get back on the road. We searched from 11am until 5pm, within a half hour of calling him. He was there helping us and we are heading home

I had a coolant line go on me during a short trip in the area. They were able to get my truck up and done by the time I left a couple days later - and on a weekend. The price was definitely worth the work and scare I had, and they were great about everything. I would recommend them to anyone!

I don't normally make it a point to leave reviews, but this one is warranted. Lost a wheel bearing on my trailer 14 hours from home, on a late Friday evening with my wife and kids with me. Stranded on the side of the interstate in a dangerous place to be broken down (they called it the gulch i think). Cell service sucked, but I managed to get ahold of Reece assuming they would be closed, or wouldnt be able to get to until the next day at the earliest, but was ecstatic when they answered and said they would look at it as soon as I could get it to them. Drove it there on 3 wheels and they were ready and waiting for me! Had me back on the road in a couple hours! The fellas who fixed it were knowledgeable and friendly, the price was much cheaper than i expected, and we had good conversation

These guys were incredible! Our 2019 Expedition Max blew out a molded plastic coolant line connector on I40. We are a family of 8 fully loaded on our way to Knoxville with mountain bikes and these guys not only went mobile to get to us, they also repaired us on the side of the road in 90* heat! We are so grateful they provide such a great service in the area!
