Love Vance! Went to get all 4 brake pads changed on my car. Pricing was so reasonable (I’ve been to many different places and this was by far the most affordable for the best quality!) and it was done faster than I’ve ever had a brake change done (and of course quality was never a question they just know what they are doing). Super nice staff and very accommodating. I will only be using them in the future!!!

Blew a hub on my trailer and everyone there took me in instantly and got me back on the road. Proceeded to give me a free spare tire since the tire on my trailer flew into the woods. Great guys, great service, all for a great price.

Was visiting from out of town, had a fairly simple issue I didn't have the tools or space to fix due to being on the road. Called them up, they got us in early the following morning, fixed the problem quickly, and didn't try to rip us off. Was back on the road in less than half an hour. Long story short: Quick, honest, professional, helpful. Do business with these guys if you're in the Waynesville area!

Had an emergency stop as a bad bump in the road caused the inner lining of the right wheel-well to break loose. We stopped at Vance Tire and they got us back on the road right away! Great customer service and really friendly.

They deserve 5 stars for honesty and quality of work. The only area that needs improvement is reception. I was told my car would be ready in 2 and a half hours. 5 hours later right before closing I called and was told the car would not be ready until the following day. I understand completely that times can change. What I don't understand is not being told the car was spending the night.
