Isaac, the young man at the counter, was really cool to deal with.And he helped me a lot when I had a brake emergency. I was able to replace my caliper and my pads in less than two hours between the time I called and the time I finished. An old 87 Honda had the caliper I needed in stock, and I was able to change it out in the parking lot, along with the pads and avoided missing work and losing money. He let me have some disposable gloves to keep my hands clean and he had a great personality.

My car is my home. Alex and Veronica and Gloria, and the whole team saved me. ESPECIALLY ALEX. battery was bad and I have very little money to my name. I took quite a bit of his time and he went above and beyond to help me. Seriously, are amazing. He helped me find an affordable battery and looked through everything to find the perfect match for my car. They brainstormed options and ended up finding exactly what I needed anyways. Everytime I have come in this store they have always taken the time to fix the problem. These are awesome people. Thank you so much for helping me out. I cannot say thank you enough!!!!! I came in to have my battery checked and ended up needing a new one. Alex L. helped me, and he was wonderful! I don’t know much about cars, so I asked a lot of questions, but he was patient and never seemed bothered. I know it might not sound like a big deal, but it really meant a lot. As a woman, I often feel intimidated handling car issues on my own, but Alex made the experience easy and comfortable. He helped me choose the right battery and installed it for me. I broke down on my way to work, and pulled into the Autozone, just expecting the worst. However after describing my issues and what I thought it could be, Robert confirmed the suspicions and gave me great advice on how to do the job. I can’t express my gratitude towards him and the team he is running. He really helped me out when I was frantic. He deserves a fat raise! He didn’t have to help but he went above and beyond. Alex sold me light bulbs for my licensed plates & installed. I appreciate him so very much. The manager Chris was so accommodating. The best customer service. Hard to find good service.
