I received great assistance promptly and professionally first of all from Andrea who rang me up at the register, help me pick out my battery, and then so graciously applied my military discount ...to Demarco who installed my battery quickly and efficiently. Additionally, a shout out to the overall store manager who was great when I realized I was eligible for a military discount after I had already paid for my battery. Ordered Pet Friendly Ice online, payment went through. Called and he knew what I ordered (put me on hold) and comes back and nonchalantly says they're out of stock. Says its possible s computer glutch but it showing its in stock online. My belief, it was sold to another person.

Over the last few years we have gone here several times. Every time we are given excellent service. They don’t just try to sell you the most expensive item, but work within your budget and they even install certain parts if you ask.
