Flagship Carwash

Just an average car wash and experience. Was there today and the air guns are STILL out of service. They have been out for close to 3 weeks. I asked an employee, who said he was the manager, when they would be fixed and back in service, and he said he didn't know. So I said to him, "You're the manager and you don't know? I have a better question sir: Do you care? Because if you don't give a damn, these air guns will never get fixed. I bet they work in Virginia though." He just looked at me like there was no new thought available. The service is so lackadasical and non-chalant that it's pathetic. Prices didn't come down however, since the air guns weren't working.

I had a really disappointing experience with Flagship. I originally signed up for a membership but ended up canceling in August after repeated issues — every time I went to the car wash, the gate wouldn’t open even though I had the barcode on my car. I constantly had to wait for an employee to manually let me in, and sometimes my car would still come out dirty. I received confirmation that my membership was canceled, yet I was still charged for September and October. I’ve reached out to two different customer service platforms to request refunds and even attached screenshots of my previous email chain showing both my cancellation request and their confirmation that it was processed. Despite that, I haven’t heard back. When I did get a response earlier on, the replies were dry and lacked

The BEST carwash in southern Maryland! The crew is always so kind, helpful and always making sure us as users are taken care of! Today (7/15) excessive heat day- a worker was going around making sure we were all okay and staying cool! He also handed out air fresheners for our cars! 10/10 service 10/10 wash (actually makes your car / tires shine) 10/10 atmosphere Highly recommend the membership as we drive through every single day!
