The dispatcher and the one who helped us with my broken tire were really professional and helpful. They were kind and nice. They made sure that everything was taken care of. My regret is I didn't get to ask their name so that I could've put it in the review

I had a wonderful experience with Gilroy’s Towing. My truck was broken down at an urgent care from the night before, my children were sick and they went above and beyond to tow my truck back to my home and back in my driveway. The price was fair and the service was flawless! JR, the driver took great care of my vehicle. Thank you!

This towing company is a joke. Took my totaled vehicle after an accident. You have to make an appointment to do anything. They do not have paperwork to sign or a copy for you of what you must sign, but will take your signature on their PHONE. You do not get to see what you are signing. The only demarcation for this business is a sign at some used tire, broken down, old gas station in a window with a phone number. I drove past twice before stopping to ask a question. Everything these people do is shady and unprofessional.

This tow company was really great to work unlike Big bens towing that left me stranded for more than 3 hours. Gilroys was very polite and courteous!

Muhammed did an excellent job when I left my keys in the car, was done under 5 minutes! Super pleased customer! He also got there under 15 mins.
