This shop was very polite and friendly from the start of the repair process to the end, they were easy to work with and made the whole process stress free. The receptionist Dawn was very professional and the manager handling my vehicle Don kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommend coming here if you ever need a body shop.

This shop is amazing! The side of my car was damaged in A hit and run, and my insurance company recommended them. They amazing from beginning to end. I had never done this before, but they made the process easy and simple. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful! My car looks great and they went above and beyond with their service. I highly recommend this company, and would defiantly use them again in the future (if needed lol) thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about this body shop. We were involved in a collision and the insured had less than fantastic insurance. Despite that, they got our vehicle in and started work right away. The insurance proved incredibly difficult to work with, but through it all everyone at Certified Auto Body was kind, communicative, and went above and beyond to help us and get our family back into our vehicle. Oh, and the work was excellent too! So glad to be able to support a local business and I can say without a doubt that they have secured a customer for life with our family.
