QUALITY USED AND NEW TIRES

I'm doing this review immediately after leaving there. They tried to lie, steal and cheat. After my tires were put on the rim it was time for balancing, they said I can come to the office to pay, about a minute passed and I here noise like a tire being put on, so I walked out and yes a tire was on, I asked has the tire been balanced already, he said yes, I said ok let me see you balance this one, and it all went down hill from there, they both scammed and lied that the tire was balanced when knowing the machine wasn't working. They attempted to fix the machine in front of me. Trust me I got the cost to balance the tires removed and will "NEVER" go the again. After this review if you decide to go there watch every single thing they do.
