I can’t say enough about Alex from AV ATowing. I had an unfortunate mechanical incident on Rt.1 in Milford this week. I needed to pull off the highway at a gas station to check under my hood. Although, I had the situation under control, Alex went out of his way to come over to see if I was OK. He wasn’t looking to “sell” me his service, but genuinely cared. I would absolutely recommend this company. Thanks again, Alex!

These people are over priced! Since I needed a tow in the middle of the night I was told I would get a receipt in the morning so I could get a reimbursement from my insurance company. They have avoided my calls. And when I did get a hold of someone, they said they would get right on it. It's been over a week, I have again tried calling multiple times. Still no receipt. I would not recommend these people. Not at all. So after a month, only after I posted this bad review, did he contact me, complained that my review hours his business. Well, that's your pocket right? What about my pocket. Getting a reimbursement from my insurance company. Well, he finally decided to send me something. Was it a receipt? No it was an invoice for something I have already paid! What a shady person this Alex is!
