Avis Car Rental

These are some of the most unorganized and unconcerned people ever! They cancelled my reservation while I was at work and their response was they tried to call me. I work in a building with no service. I called and made the reservation before I put my at in the shop. It’s a parking lot full of cars though.

I reserved a truck, online, at 1425 Parkway, Morrow Georgia location for a Monday morning pickup. On Sunday I was contacted and informed that I would have to retrieve the truck from the Atlanta Airport location. Upon arrival at the airport, I saw a sign that read no personal vehicles. I called the Morrow location for assistance, and the staff could not offer any suggestions on how to enter the facility. Previously, the renting location would transfer the requested vehicle from the airport to where the customer made the reservation. I am less than impressed with this Avis location.

I had a wonderful time car shopping with Joel. We arrived and realized there were some mixups from the third party company the use to make appointments and some inventory was not available that we didn’t know about. However, Joel helped find me a great car and exactly what I was looking for. He was patient and ready to help all the time. And they gave us a great deal on a great car. Thanks Joel!!!

My rental experience was horrible. My family and I were very dissatisfied. The rental was not detailed, I ask for non-smoking and I got a smoking rental, duck tape was on windshield and the air vents had a bad odor.The rental that was giving to us shouldn't have been rented. The customer service was even horrible when I arrived the lights were out and the representative didn't demonstrate the operation of the rental.

First time buyer here and I was helped by Joel and Calvin both were great and patient with me. Joel had very good customer service I definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking to finance a car for the first time!
