The place is clean, the cars are in great condition, and everything runs smoothly. I had a great experience and highly recommend this location for anyone looking for reliable and friendly service.

Disappointed. Did you know you can rent a dirty vehicle? I didn’t—until now. What I reserved was not what I received. And after 14 attempts to get even a small discount for the inconvenience, I was met with indifference. This experience was frustrating, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. Rent elsewhere if you expect even basic standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Like everywhere, places are understaffed and people are busy. But this place deals with it pretty well, especially for being a smaller store. The same gentleman is always working the front and he is nice, polite and very quick! It looks like the cars are in and out of there fairly quickly so I have run into a car that needed some vacuuming but nothing too messy or unruly. The inside always looks nice and I've always received the vehicle I booked online. Keep up the Good work! And they have a bathroom inside if you do have to wait in line 😁

Deserves a 0 star. Scammed into making a pay now reservation with the car rental employee, knowing they could not honor the reservation. Horrid service. They even recommend going elsewhere after taking your money.
