While I did make my decision based on my insurance and the ease that came with it, I am completely satisfied with how my car came back to me. Not only did they make sure they got the correct parts, it looks even better than before. I’m already thinking of some minor body fixes for my vehicle which I would be happy to have serviced here. A big thank you to Katelyn and her great customer service. As well as to the lovely lady at the front desk.

I was rear ended and took my car here to be repaired. They were really helpful and organized. It was a very streamlined process working alongside GEICO and enterprise through them. Great shop!

I brought my Mazda CX-5 to Caliber Collision in Roseville for front bumper repairs and to remove a few door dings, and Richard and Scott were outstanding from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The repair work is flawless — the bumper looks brand new, the paint match is perfect, and door dings are completely gone. You’d never know the car needed any work at all. Richard and Scott made everything easy and stress-free, and the quality of their work truly shows. If you need auto body repair done right, the team at Caliber Collision in Roseville is top-notch. They did the bare minimum for repair. Still needed to take the car somewhere else for actual work. After noticing steering wheel controls were not working. Turns out whole clock spring was broken and needed replacement. Either they didn’t even care to look or they did and didn’t do the repair. I’ll be avoiding there services from now on. Find a local shop or go to a dealer service center. Don’t waste your time or money.

It took a really long time (3 weeks by the end), there was no communication for the first 2 weeks, then only limited updates. Completions date got moved twice with no explanation. When I got the car back there were small issues that didn’t exist before (headlight out, loose panels on driver door, etc). If it wasn’t for the fact this was an insurance job and I wasn’t paying out of pocket, I’d be pretty ticked off. Definitely not coming back if I can avoid it.
