Midway Ford

We just started a new roofing business in Shoreview MN, Owl Roofing, and we wanted a big part of our business to be supporting other local businesses. We bought two trucks from Midway Ford in Roseville and couldn’t be more happy with the trucks but also Esteban, was phenomenal to work with. He put in the legwork of finding us used trucks in our price range and got them lined up for us to test drive and then walked us through the process of getting financed. He was also responsive after the sale in regards to license plates and other questions we had, like who was our loan through when I couldn’t find the paperwork. We will be getting more trucks here shortly and we will be using Midway Ford and Esteban for those!

I had my 2019 Ford Flex break down on Me Years Eve. Had it towed to Midway Ford and it took them a week and a half to even LOOK at it. And estimated $500 fix, stating it was a battery cable or end. Finally called to say it was done, and cost me almost $500 and I took it home. Over the next month the same problem appeared 3 times... I brought it too or local mechanic(retired ford mechanic) and he fixed the problem. It was a key device for electric brake system for being a towed vehicle. My neighbor, a former Ford dealership owner said he was disappointed in these guys. These after market devices would have been the FIRST THING his shop would have looked at for problems... I'll never use Midday Ford again... If I could have given them a ½ star or zero, It'd been more appropriate...

I couldn’t even keep their logo on my vehicle that’s how disappointed I was. I recently purchased a car that was listed $2k above market value, and I truly believed I was getting a good deal after finally finding the specific SUV I’d been searching for. Instead, I was left feeling disappointed, embarrassed, and taken advantage of. Not only did they refuse to offer a fair trade-in value for my vehicle but sold me the SUV with an empty gas tank, and later discovered it also needs new tires, and the brakes and rotors will require replacement within the next month. Not to mention, the vehicle needs an alignment, which they offered to do afterward — but that made little sense, as this is something that should be taken care of before selling any vehicle to a customer. Loved our sales person Esteban. He was amazing, very caring and made sure the car was exactly what we were looking for 💞Amber was very efficient/knowledgeable in her job. She didn't push anything extra on me. Very grateful to have found the this vehicle 😉

Sales person Esteban was really helpful. Overall process is good. Finance manager talks to fast and mumbling at times and feel rushing. Couldn't really understand but lucky I have experience buying car before.
