Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Service - Jeff Belzer

I brought my van in for a recall and the staff was very helpful and easy to work with. There was a utility man of sorts who does a lot of different things around there and he took and brought my vehicle and loaner vehicle to me. He was very helpful and kind and very hard-working. My service agent and the cashiers were very nice to work with as well. It was very nice that they offered me a loaner vehicle for the day to make my day go a lot easier.

The service writers are awesome. There always take super good care of me. Are honest and the repair was a lot less I expected. One concern I did have though is I got the oil change and I was certain that they topped off your fluids and air your tires up as part of the service which that was not done. Not a huge deal because the price was right but I just thought they always did that in the past. Nonetheless, five stars and they were done faster than they had thought they would be, which was another bonus. I like honesty in a business. Ps turns out my window washer lines where frozen, they had topped it off after all.

Unbelievably fair pricing for an oil change and tire rotation for a dealership. My last oil change at Val...line was $150 and my total here was under $100 and thats with a small part replacement. Super friendly and wicked fast. I won't take my car anywhere else.

One of the best shops I have dealt with. They helped me last year with an engine issue and they helped me again last year. Ended up needing a new engine this time around but they worked with my extended warranty company, everything went smooth. Due to the Holidays, I was out of commission for about 11 days. But they made it easy. If possible ask for Jake (Servicr Advisor), he has helped me both times and has been great! My 2018 1500 is back in action, Thanks again!

The battery in my new truck died, after I was able to get enough charge in it and jump start it, I brought it to Belzer. They were not able to get me in that day to load test tue batteries as it was later in the day. Jacob, service advisor, was great. He pulled my truck in and cleared the check engine code and made sure there wasn’t any other trouble codes, other than the battery code. They were able to get me in the following Monday. Jacob set the expectation of the time it takes to test the batteries and charging system. Luckily my truck started every time between that day and the appointment thankfully. At the Monday appointment they determined both batteries were insufficient and replaced both of them under warranty. I’ve pitched my last 3 new vehicles from Belzer and will continue
