Jiffy Lube

My car was leaking oil and they helped me out big time. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem for me, and in general were very reasonable in their dealings with me. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, so I am grateful to them for helping to make the best out of a bad situation.

My car battery needed a jump in a neighboring parking lot to this Jiffy Lube and I went in to ask if they had jumper cables I could purchaser or use - they sent two employees Christian and Brendan over to my car with a vehicle and they jumped it for me and were incredible kind and beyond helpful. This team has wonderful people and they truly made my day and a stressful situation feel easy - a big thank you to Christian and Brendan!!

My experience started at Jiffy Lube in Roseville as mediocre at best. I felt I was being upsold on multiple items in rapid fire, feeling perhaps this location had a quota on upsells or sales goals they were not performing up to that day. I also saw it with other customers waiting. Among the upsells was the technician saying I needed a new battery on a battery that was just put in 6 months ago. I refused this upsell but "fell" for a few others before that. I took my car to my mechanic and had them test the battery with what appeared to be the same tester Jiffy Lube used and they confirmed the battery was absolutely fine. I only went into Jiffy Lube for a quick oil change that should have cost around $65 and paid for $293 in services that were not really done all that quick. Jiffy Lu

Basically, these guys tried to destroy my car. They intentionally left the drain bolt hand tight so that it would slowly leak oil over a month’s period of time. I am in disbelief that in today’s world, we have people so immature and irresponsible that they think it’s okay to cause someone to lose $40,000. (Read more to find out how I am convinced that this was no accident) I went to jiffy lube because I was short on time and didn’t have a chance to stop at my dealership for service. First thing they told me was that an oil change would take about 5 minutes. 30 minutes later I started to get impatient and went to check on the oil change progress. That’s when they told me that my dealership had damaged my filter housing and so they had to order a new one so they can complete the oil chan

Hello I have an old Honda Pilot and when I usually go to Jiffy Lube they services are usually awesome kind welcoming as my father is mechanic for over 40 years retired now. But they always ask about filter replacement and yes it good to have that but what I noticed after them taking the filter out to show while getting my oil change they I guess they broke the filter bolt that I understand probably rusted as I could see but not telling a customer that it was broken is in my case not honest I didn't go up there to confront them cause like I said they was nice but it would've been courtesy to tell me that so it can get fixed. Since the oil change I had my breaks fixed my ball joint fixed alot of other things done as the mileage is over 225k so far.
