We purchased a car from here on Nov 15, 2025. We waited and waited for the tag/title as discussed when we purchased the car. Today, 1/28/26, nothing was received and the temporary tag was set to expire tomorrow AFTER it had already been extended once. The info was NEVER filed and we had to drive an hour and 15 mins to AZ Motors to pick up the paperwork just so we could register the vehicle ourselves. The owner never paid the fees and we ended up having to pay an additional $300 just to get the car registered to get the tag. I had such high hopes and was going to purchase 2 other cars from this place because we have 2 high schoolers getting ready to drive. And please don't come with the 45 days to file because it's been over 60 days. I read the reviews, but didn't go deep enough to see that

Had a fantastic experience. He offered to take us to the mechanic shop to make sure the car was all good for the drive home and more. Was very honest and overall a great experience and I love my car!!

Went to see a car advertised on FB and the car had a LOT of undisclosed issues. Heater was not working and ir obviously needs a heater core. We agreed to buy at a discounted price even though there were many issues. Went inside to fill out paperwork and they had a hidden "dealer" fee of an extra $599 they tried to roll into just being govt fees. They tried and teied to get us to pay it saying they had overhead and costs to pay. We walked ! Shady place with sub par cars that all have issues they try to hide. Hidden undisclosed fees / repairs STAY AWAY !!

Bought a 2013 BMW. I love it, It’s cute, rides well, has no major issues that would come with a used vehicle. Zack was amazing, helpful, & patient with me . 10/10
