A few years ago, we purchased a GMC pickup from Baker Chevrolet, and recently the vehicle developed an internal engine issue. Because we are located in Ludington, we initially had the truck diagnosed by a local repair shop. Their only recommendation was a complete engine replacement using a Jasper remanufactured engine. Seeking a second opinion, I contacted Baker GMC and spoke with Devin, who promptly provided a quote over the phone for a GM engine offering a stronger warranty and a faster turnaround time. Wow, is an understatement to the incredible service and ease of purchasing a vehicle at this location. The whole team were just so friendly, and accommodating. Josh M. And Greg B. Started the process with a phone call (from myself just the day prior.) The team on the signing, and explanation of the extended gap warranty was exceptional.( of course a win, win, purchase.) We as consumers felt, heard and understood with our needs. The vehicle was clean, full tank of gas, and offerd to walk us through our phone connection to the vehicle's system. Top Notch in our books. Friendly staff, and plenty of selection. Unfortunately, pretty set on their prices. I went in to buy 2 used vehicles. Wouldn't move on the price. "Couple hundred bucks" was the best they could do. This must be a management issue, since their sister location has a comparable vehicle listed at slightly above the price I offered. A shame really, because I was there to purchase 2 vehicles.

Buying a brand new car can scary & overwhelming. But Josh and the other staff went above & beyond to help us get everything in order and processed. Josh made the experience the best I could hope for. It was chill ,relaxed, and they made us feel like family. We felt so comfortable and will continue to use Baker Buick for all future dealings.
